Description: 
Light gold colour with green highlights. Nose of apple, peach and cherry blossom. On the palate fresh and delicate fruit, lively, stimulating, very drinkable. Light gold with green reflections. Pinot Bianco - Alto Adige IGT

Cermes / Merano. 

Vinification: 
Careful picking and pressing of the berries, cold fermentation and ageing of the young wine for 12 months on fine yeast, some of this in used French oak barrels. Regular beating, careful reading and pressing of the berries. 

Food pairing: 
Aperitif, fish dishes, pasta. 

Serving temperature: 
8 - 10°C.

more than 5 years.

The grapevines of the Kränzelhof grow on loose moraine soils and are tended especially gently. Thus artificial fertilizers and herbicides are avoided, while field and meadow flowers between the rows of grapevines provide sustainable life in the vineyard. In addition, we reduce the yields per hectare that are allowed by removing leaves in arduous work by hand, trimming shoots, and cutting away grapes.
