Zone:
Bozen / Karneid mit 45% Hangneigung - schwitzige Angelegenheit - Rebalter über 55 Jahre.
Vinifizierung:
Nach einer Ganztraubenpressung erfolgt eine spontane Vergärung. Der Weißburgunder lagert dann für 18 Monate in Tonneaux auf der Vollhefe. Danach wird er unfiltriert abgefüllt.
Speisenempfehlung:
Kann sehr vielseitig eingesetzt werden. Von leichten Vorspeisen bis zu Gerichte mit weißem Fleisch und Fisch.

8 - 10°C.
