Production area:
The vineyards are planted on soils consisted of clay, calcareous gravel and sand.
Vinification:
After briefly soaking with the skins, the grapes for this rosé were softly pressed to tank. The must is then fermented at controlled temperature (20 - 22°C) in steel tanks and allowed to go through malolactic fermentation.
Food pairing:
This rosé pairs well with hearty appetizers, smoked fish and white meat.
Serving temperature:
12 - 14°C.
Ageing potential:
more than 3 years.
