matured for 30 years in different wood barrels. Highly recommended for refining the dishes or as an after-dinner for digestion. 

Ingredients: 
Balsamic Condiment with 100% cook- grape from Lambrusco and Trebbiano without addition of wine vinegars. 

Pairing: 
smoked salmon, risotto, roast, grilled or boiled meat, boiled potatoes, boiled potatoes, fish, caviar, foie gras, sushi, matured cheese, cold cuts, vanilla ice cream, yoghurt, fruit salad, strawberries, dark chocolate. Pure at the end of the meal as an after-dinner for digestion.
