Ingredients: 
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena with cook- grape from Lambrusco and Trebbiano with addition of wine vinegars. 
Pairing: 
mixed salads, raw or cooked vegetables, white meat, boiled fish, omelette, vinaigrettes and marinades.
