Balsamic Vinegar of Modena with cook- grape from Lambrusco and Trebbiano with addition of wine vinegars.
Pairing:
ideal for any kind of dish, from appetizers to desserts and taken pure at the end of the meal it is a valid after-dinner for its digestive properties.
