Vinificazione:
L'uva viene pressata delicatamente. Una parte viene pressata a mano con una pressa a cestello, il resto viene macerato carbonicamente e poi maturato per 6 mesi in anfora. Il vino viene fatto fermentare sulle bucce e imbottigliato non filtrato e senza l'aggiunta di solfiti.

Un vino particolarmente bevibile ed elegante che si abbina a quasi tutti i piatti.

10 - 12°C.

In gioventù, Martin Schgraffer ha lavorato per 7 anni nell'ex cooperativa vinicola Erste + Neue per finanziare i suoi successivi studi in viticoltura a Geisenheim. Dopo gli studi, ha lavorato al Dönnhof sulla Nahe. Ha fatto altre esperienze in Oregon, negli Stati Uniti, tra l'altro, prima di mettersi in proprio come viticoltore in garage nella sua città natale, Salurn.
