Il nome é un acrocimo di due delle 17 botaniche utilizzate, Edelweiss (stella alpina) e la Schwarzbeere (mirtillo nero) a cui vengono aggiunti il Ginepro, il Mirtillo rosso, la Rosa Canina, le bacche di Sambuco, la Melissa limone, l'Ortica e altre botaniche alpine biologiche certificate.
