The Haidenhof vineyards are the result of the care of several generations of owners and cover an area of 3,5 hectares at an altitude of 450 m, with south-east exposure. The ancient and venerable stone cellar in Haidenhof is over 300 years old and here, once upon a time, wine was sold in bulk. Since 2006, the Erb family has been selling about 15,000 bottles of wine a year. The quality of the wines has increased over the years thanks to the improved quality guidelines. In addition, the variety has also been expanded: today the family business produces 8 different labels, each of them requires special storage and processing. Each wine reflects the characteristics of the grape variety, the growing medium, the weather conditions and the winemaking process.
