Valle Isarco 600 - 800 m. Position and soil: Lean, skeleton-rich, shallow alluvial soils containing quartz phyllite.
Vinification:
Delicate crushing after a short period of contact with the skins, controlled temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation, 7 months of lying on fine lees.
Ageing potential:
more than 8 years.
Matching:
light appetizers, fish, shellfish, typical Asian dishes, oysters, and as an aperitif.
Serving temperature:
10 - 12°C.
