The terroir together with the strong temperature fluctuations day and night, especially in autumn, result in a unique combination for excellent wines with a high recognition value.
Vinification:
The expansion takes place with fully mature and selected grapes, in 500 L wooden barrels for almost a year. Since 2021, some of the wine has been aged in amphorae. It is then stored in the bottle for another 6 months.

Aperitif, fish and hearty appetizers.

10 - 12°C.
