The variant based on fermented whey with aromatic herbs, with a taste rich in alpine herbs and flowers, is instead perfect: 

• for dressing leafy salads, vegetable salads, pasta salads, gray cheese with onions or veal head 

• to dress sauces and soups, cheeses, meat salads and ox snout salad 

• as an aperitif for appetizers, sandwiches and snacks 

The fermented whey-based dressing is a specialty that is part of the ancient peasant gastronomic tradition of South Tyrol and is commonly called "Sairet". The Lagundo dairy with passion and great craftsmanship has given new life to this delicious gastronomic tradition. Thanks to our fermented whey dressing we offer you a high-quality alternative to flavor your recipes. 

It is worked with craftsmanship from fresh and regional raw materials, and reaches consumers and consumers with the least possible environmental impact. 

Production: 

The production of this refined fermented whey-based dressing takes time, the use of the best whey and a lot of insight during all the delicate stages of preparation. After about two weeks of fermentation, the fermented whey is separated from the yeast and is then left to rest again. Subsequently, the vinegar cultures transform the fermented whey into the condiment, with a typical and pleasant medium acid taste. The manufacturing process, capable of preserving and maintaining all the precious nutritional elements, guarantees an optimal flowering of aromas. 

Ingredients: 

Whey from hay milk TSG (whey, sugar, cultures), extracts of aromatic herbs. 
The fermented whey-based dressing is genuine and natural because it is produced without the use of dyes, preservatives, emulsifiers and flavor enhancers. 

Pairing: 

The use of fermented whey-based dressing enjoys great versatility and therefore invites creativity. It is ideal to accompany all types of salads, to dress fresh Velloi cheese, mountain cheese and also perfect for preparing sauces, soups, appetizers and desserts. Choose from the different flavors - they will satisfy any palate!
