Production area:
Völs am Schlern, South Tyrol, Dolomites - Unteraicha village at 550 - 650m above sea level. Vinification:
Manual harvest and grape selection. After a short maceration, follows a slow fermentation at a controlled temperature and the maturation for 5 months on the fine lees in the stainless steel barrels.
