Description:
Color: Dark garnet red with purple hues. Aroma: Floral with rose petals and violets; fruity scents of cherry and red fruits, typical coca bean aroma; zesty. Flavor: Elegant smoothness and velvety tannin, light mineral notes.
Lagrein Perl is the delicious link between the Riserva line and the classic Lagrein Grieser. Perfectly balanced, intense and complex on the nose, it goes well with savory and meaty dishes. Tempting smoothness and rich complexity seduce the palate together with a refreshing fruitiness.

Vinification:
The mash is traditionally fermented in stainless steel; malolactic fermentation in big oak barrels; maturation in wooden casks and in the bottle.

Serving temperature:
16 - 18°C (61 - 64°F).
Ageing potential:
