Tenuta Strasserhof
Le viti della Tenuta Strasserhof di Varna hanno un'età che raggiunge i 45 anni. Dalle loro uve Hannes Baumgartner, vignaiolo della Tenuta Strasserhof e presidente dell'Associazione dei Vignaioli dell'Alto Adige, ottiene vini freschi e giovani. Vini bianchi, naturalmente, in fondo siamo in Valle Isarco. L'assortimento rigorosamente bianco della tenuta Strasserhof è davvero ampio. Dal Müller Thurgau e dal Grüner Veltliner al Sylvaner, al Riesling e al Gewürztraminer fino allo Zweigelt. E ovviamente al Kerner, che ha suscitato tutto l'interesse di Hannes Baumgartner. Oggi della tenuta fanno parte 5 ettari coltivati a vite, che si distribuiscono sui pendii soleggiati esposti a sud-ovest ad altitudini comprese tra i 650 e i 700 m s.l.m. I terreni ciottolosi leggermente sabbiosi conferiscono ai nostri vini la freschezza elegante e fruttata che li caratterizza.
