Grüner Veltliner. Altitude: 400 - 750 m. Position and soil: Gravelly, skeleton-rich alluvial soils containing diorite and quartz phyllite.
Delicate processing and crushing, controlled-temperature fermentation and ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation.
Colour: from greenish to pale yellow. Nose: fresh and fruity, with a hint of green apple.
Taste: pleasantly spiced, vivaciously acidic.
3 - 5 years.
