Production area: Andrian 300 - 380m a.s.l. Clayey limestone soil interspersed with angular white dolomite rock.
Vinification: Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. Ageing and maturation on the lees for 6 months, partly in stainless steel tanks (80%) and partly in tonneau (20%).
Food pairing: Goes well with fresh cheeses, vegetables, light starters.
Serving temperature: 10 - 12°C.
Ageing potential: more than 8 years.

The vineyards are unique to the area, because they are protected to the west by Mount Gantkofel, which is made of calcareous stone. They cover an area of 200° from south-south-east to east at an altitude between 260-340 metres above sea level. For centuries, with passion and dedication, winemakers have captured the character of Andriano's distinctive terroir. Andriano's cooler climatic conditions produce wines with crisp acidity, unique complexity, freshness and elegance.
The Andrian Winery, founded in 1893, is the oldest winegrowers' cooperative in the whole of South Tyrol. Since 2008, it has been part of the management of the Terlan Winery.
