Production area: Novacella in Valle Isarco at 620 - 670m a.s.l. Quite warm microclimate with big variations between day and night temperatures. Sandy and loamy soil.
Vinification: Fermentation and ageing for eight months in oak barrels at 12 and 20 hl.
Matching: Main courses, lobster, turbot, sea bass.
Serving temperature: 10 - 12°C.
Ageing potential: more than 8 years.
