Novacella in Valle Isarco at 620 - 670m a.s.l. Quite warm microclimate with big variations between day and night temperatures. Sandy and loamy soil.

Fermentation and ageing for eight months in oak barrels at 12 and 20 hl.

Main courses, lobster, turbot, sea bass.
Serving temperature:
10 - 12°C.

Andreas Huber is the winemaker and cellar master of the Pacherhof vineyard and, on these eight hectares of vineyard, he cultivates eight types of white grape varieties with joy, love and passion.
