Delicate processing and crushing, controlled-temperature fermentation and ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation.
Ageing potential:
more than 5 years.
Food pairing:
ligth appetizers, baked or grilled shellfish, velvety soups, light egg-based dishes, excellent as an aperitif.
Serving temperature:
8 - 10°C.
