Production area: Valle Isarco 500 - 950 m a.s.l. Stony, lean, skeleton-rich alluvial soils containing diorite and quartz phyllite.
Vinification: Delicate processing and crushing, controlled-temperature fermentation and ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation.
Ageing potential: more than 5 years.
Food pairing: ligth appetizers, baked or grilled shellfish, velvety soups, light egg-based dishes, excellent as an aperitif.
Serving temperature: 8 - 10°C.
