Description:
Original recipe from Bavaria. Fresh minced meat with parsley and a little lemon. Filled in natural casing and gently steamed. Artisanal production with selected fresh meat without any flavor enhancers, phosphates, lactose or milk powder. Taste: deliciously fresh and aromatic.
To taste:
Traditionally, white sausage is heated in hot water and served with sweet or hot mustard and pretzel, with wheat beer. Briefly seared in the pan, it is also delicious as a main course with all kinds of side dishes (potatoes, vegetables, ...).
