Description: 
Fresh and fragrant, in this capacity the "Valdobbiadene" gives everything that the area reflects: Notes of citrus fruits, fresh vegetables and a hint of bread crust enliven the nose. The harmony between acidity, softness and a subtle spiciness make this "Valdobbiadene" a perfect companion as well as an aperitif as with food. 

Grape varierty: 
100% Glera Valdobbiadena DOCG Brut 

Production area: 
Historic vineyards on clay soil at 250 m altitude 

Vinification: 
Hand-harvested between mid and end of September. Soft pressing of the whole grapes. Fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks and production according to the Martinotti method. Maturation in bottle for 30 days. Residual sugar 6 g/l 

Food Pairing: 
As an aperitif, with starters and generally with any dish. It is recommended to put it in a container with ice before tasting. 

Serving temperature: 
5°C. sinking 

Ageing potential: 
more 3 years. 

Bottle to: 
750 ml - 75 cl - 0,75 lt.

Ours is a small company with a well-founded winemaking tradition. Romolo, the company's founder, has always worked the family vineyards with extreme passion and meticulousness, and it was in the 1950s that he decided to undertake the art of bottling his own wine, which until then had been sold exclusively to renowned sparkling wine companies. Even though the company has consolidated its production and evolved year by year, involving new generations, it still maintains the same promoting spirit, hospitality and family management, which is why every single member is involved in the production phases, from the vineyard to the vinification process. For us, the vineyard remains something absolutely precious and intangible: we have made its constant and scrupulous care our philosophy of life. The winery, while faithful to tradition, is equipped with state-of-the-art, technological tools and machinery that require us to be constantly updated so that, by intelligently exploiting these resources, the wine reflects its naturalness and authenticity.
