Description:
A sparkling wine with a fine effervescence and a lovely pale straw-yellow color; rich and complex on the nose, with floral and fruity notes enveloped in a subtle hint of fresh bread and vanilla that lend it great freshness. On the palate, it is lively, with good structure and acidity; the sweet-and-sour balance is beautifully integrated with excellent minerality. The finish is excellent—long, pleasant, and very clean.

Chardonnay, Pinot Nero e Pinot Meunier - Vino Spumante di qualitá, Talento.
Production area:
Lavis in the Adige Valley. The soil consists of massive glacial and colluvial deposits, characterised by heterogeneous mixtures of gravel, sand and fine polygenic sediments.
Vinification:
Gentle pressing of whole grapes at a temperature below 15°C, with a maximum must yield of 55% by volume/weight. Maturation and ageing in stainless steel. Aged on the lees in the bottle for a minimum of 48 months. Dosage: 4 g.
Food pairing:
As an aperitif, with tasty starters and fish.
Serving temperature:
5°C sinking.
Ageing potential:
more than 5 years.
