NENO Sparkling Wine House - Piffer
This family-run sparkling wine house is located in the town of Lavis, near Trento, and was founded on Vito’s more than thirty years of experience and his deep passion for this region. The three labels produced are the result of years of meticulous study of the geology and geomorphology of Trentino’s soils, with particular attention to the porphyritic soils of the Cembra Valley, known as Vulcanite, and to the polycompound soils of the Morainic Hills located in the Adige Valley, known as Diamicton.
