Description:
The Vulcanite Talento Dosaggio Zero M.C. is an elegant, characterful spumante from Trentino, produced by a small family-run winery in Lavis near Trento. The winery’s philosophy is rooted in uncompromising quality and a deep respect for origin and terroir. The grapes come from carefully selected vineyards whose volcanic porphyry soils (Vulcanite) lend the wine its distinctive minerality. The result is a finely sparkling, precise Spumante with a fresh structure, floral and fruity notes, and pronounced finesse. By omitting dosage (Dosaggio Zero), the pure expressiveness of the terroir is particularly emphasized.

100% Chardonnay - Vino Spumante di qualitá, Talento.

Production area:
Italy – Trentino (Lavis, near Trento) Porphyritic volcanic soils of the Cembra Valley

Vinification:
Hand-harvested following a careful organoleptic assessment. Gentle whole-bunch pressing at below 15°C, with a maximum juice yield of 55%. Ageing of the base wine in stainless steel tanks. Second fermentation using the Metodo Classico for a minimum of 48 months.

Food pairing:
Perfect as an aperitif, with delicate starters, fish dishes or seafood. Also ideal with elegant antipasti.

Serving temperature:
5°C sinking.

Ageing potential:
more than 5 years.

The three labels produced are the result of years of meticulous study of the geology and geomorphology of Trentino’s soils, with particular attention to the porphyritic soils of the Cembra Valley, known as Vulcanite, and to the polycompound soils of the Morainic Hills located in the Adige Valley, known as Diamicton
