Il Vulcanite Talento Dosaggio Zero M.C. è uno spumante elegante e di grande carattere proveniente dal Trentino, prodotto da una piccola azienda a conduzione familiare a Lavis, nei pressi di Trento. La filosofia della casa si basa su una qualità senza compromessi e su un profondo rispetto per la provenienza e il terroir. Le uve provengono da vigneti accuratamente selezionati, i cui terreni vulcanici porfirici (Vulcanite) conferiscono al vino la sua inconfondibile mineralità. Il risultato è uno spumante finemente frizzante e preciso, dalla struttura fresca, con note floreali e fruttate e una spiccata finezza. La rinuncia al dosaggio (Dosaggio Zero) sottolinea in modo particolare la pura espressività del terroir.

Vinificazione:
Vendemmia manuale dopo un'attenta valutazione organolettica. Pressatura delicata a grappolo intero a una temperatura inferiore a 15 °C, con una resa in mosto non superiore al 55%. Affinamento del vino base in serbatoi di acciaio inossidabile. Seconda fermentazione secondo il Metodo Classico per almeno 48 mesi.
Abbinamento:
Perfetto come aperitivo, in abbinamento a raffinati antipasti, piatti a base di pesce o frutti di mare. Ideale anche con antipasti raffinati.

Si tratta di uno spumantificio a conduzione familiare, situato nel comune di Lavis, nelle vicinanze di Trento, nato dall'sperienza ultratrentennale di Vito e dalla profonda passione che lo lega a questo territorio. Le tre etichette prodotte rappresentano il risultato di anni di miticolosi studi sulla geologia e sulla geomorfologia dei terreni trentini, con particolare attenzione ai terreni porfirici della Valle di Cembra, noti come Vulcanite, e ai terreni policomposti delle Colline Moreniche situate nella Valle dell'Adige, denominati Diamicton
