Description:
Dense ruby red colour. On the nose intense fruity aromas of blueberry, blackberry and cassis with spicy notes such as pepper, juniper, laurel, and slightly roasted aromas. Complex structure on the palate with pleasant fullness and firm tannins, long and persistend finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon - South Tyrol DOC.
Production area:
Settequerce Terlano, south-west facing vineyards at approx. 270 m a.s.l. with a 10 to 30% slope. Porphyry weathered soil.
Vinification:
Fermentation in wooden casks for 18 - 25 days. Malolactic fermentation and ripening for 12 months in barrique and bottle aging for a futher 12 months.
Food recommendations:
Grilled red meats, venison ragout, steaks.
Serving temperature:
16 - 18°C.
Ageing potential:
more than 8 years.
