Vinification: A wine that can hardly be described in words, but actually needs no explanation either. Anyone who tastes it falls in love - without exception. The long ripening period on the vine until deep into winter is formative. Mash fermentation and gentle pressing, followed by fermentation in barriques with long fine yeast storage in the cool cellar.
Food pairing: Pair with desserts such as apricot or apple strudel, chocolate cake/mousse, crème brûlée and spicy cheeses or a vegan American Apple Pie with cinnamon roll dough, cranberries and coconut.
Serving temperature: 8 - 10°C.
Ageing potential: more than 15 years.

Thus artificial fertilizers and herbicides are avoided, while field and meadow flowers between the rows of grapevines provide sustainable life in the vineyard. In addition, we reduce the yields per hectare that are allowed by removing leaves in arduous work by hand, trimming shoots, and cutting away grapes.
