Description:
Color: brilliant gold. On the nose: intense aromas of honey, flowers, vanilla and touc of elegant wood spices. In the mouth: is sweet and full-bodied, with excellent balance between acidity and sugar. Clear and lively finish with a nice persistence.

Vespaiola - Breganze DOC.
Production area:
Breganze hills. Volcanic and tuffaceous hills.
Vinification:
the grapes are dried in a special room for four months to concentrate flavours and sugar. Aging for one year in french oak barriques, 1/3 new and 2/3 second usage.
Food pairing:
Perfect pairing with little paistry or local cakes like ''fregolota'', aged cheeses, like Asiago Stravecchio, or very strongly-flavoured blue cheeses.
Serving temperature:
8 - 10°C.
Ageing potential:
more than 10 years.

For three generations the Maculan family has been selecting and vinifying the best grapes in Breganze, an enchanting village at the foot of the Asiago high plains, where the extremely mild climate favors the cultivation of vines and olive trees. The hills of Breganze provide an idea soil for grape varieties such as Cabernet sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, tai and Vespaiolo and the production of very high quality wines.
