Description: The colour is a deep golden yellow with a greenish shimmer. The bouquet is rich, remind of citrusfruits, roses, apricots and vanilla. The taste is sweet, densely and long lasting.

Production area: Merano, Tappeiner promenade, Lana on 300 - 500 m. Soil: Light, permeable soil of morainic origin.
Vinification: The hand-picked grapes are left to dry on straw in small wooden crates for 5 months. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation and maturation on the final yeasts in steel for 12 months.
Food pairing: Ideal with aperitifs, desserts, mature blue cheeses.
Serving temperature: 10 - 12°C.
Ageing potential: min. 20 years.
