Light yellow wine, tending to greenish, fruity, fresh aroma, harmonious body and decidedly dry taste.

Production area:
Varna at 650 m a.s.l., south-facing, Guyot training system. Soil: silty-sandy gravel of morainic origin.
Vinification:
Fermentation and maturation in stainless steel. A small part is placed in 10 hl oak barrels.
Food pairing:
Goes well with sliced meats, medium fatty baked or stewed fish, pasta with aromatic vegetable sauces, goat's cheese.
Serving temperature:
12 - 14°C.
Ageing potential:
more than 8 years.

The Köfererhof is one of the typical vineyards of the Isarco Valley with a long tradition. It is one of the oldest farms in the area and, as everywhere in the Isarco Valley, it is above all the white wine grapes that find excellent conditions here. The vines thrive around the courtyard on 5.5 hectares at an altitude of 650 meters. Due to the mineral soils and the microclimate, the wines are juicy, fresh and elegant.
