Description:
Colour: Bright yellow with glints of green. Nose: Fruity aromas of ripe apple, melon and banana. Taste: Fresh, juicy and persistent.

Vineyards on medium-altitude slopes (400 - 500 m above sea level) in Eppan and Kaltern with southeast to southwest exposure on lime-gravel soils and moraine sediments.

Vineyards at medium altitudes (400 - 500 m) in Eppan and Kaltern. Exposure: Southeast to southwest. Soil: Limestone gravel and moraine debris.

Food pairing:
wine to be drunk outdoors on warm summer evenings. It is a splendid accompaniment to starters such as porcini mushroom carpaccio, light cuisine and 'cold pasta'.

Serving temperature:
8 - 10°C.

In particular, the vineyards in and around Appiano offer the ideal conditions for varieties such as Pinot Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewürztraminer, Yellow Muscat, and Pinot Noir.
But for well-structures red wines, outstanding small vineyards are found at lower elevations and along the Wine Route. The mild and sunny climate forms the basis for the unique quality of the wines.
