Vinification: Vinification with natural yeasts, maceration in half water for 18 to 30 days. Traditional ageing in Slavonian oak barrels for 15 - 24 months. Maturation in bottles for 6 months.
Food pairing: Cold meats, red meats in general, grilled meats, hard or mature cheeses, chocolate.
Serving temperature: 16 - 18°C.
Ageing potential: more than 10 years.
