Organic apple vinegar from Gala apples Walcher Distillery

Description: 
Topaz Bio is a naturally cloudy apple cider vinegar made from fresh organic apples of the Topaz variety, produced in cooperation with BIO SÜDTIROL. Unfiltered and unpasteurised, it is particularly rich in trace elements and therefore ideal as an apple vinegar for the apple vinegar cure.

Natural apple cider vinegar has always been regarded as an elixir of well-being. For our Agro Vergine we use only fresh, tasty South Tyrolean organic apples of the TOPAZ variety. The apple vinegar is called "Vergine" because it is bottled naturally cloudy with living vinegar mother (vinegar bacteria) and thus retains a variety of important ingredients. 

Agro Vergine contains: 
Minerals: potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium, phosphorus, chlorine and sulphur. 
Trace elements: iron, fluorine, copper, manganese, silicon, zinc and boron 
Vitamins: B1, B2 and B6, folic acid, vitamin C, vitamin E and beta-carotene (provitamin A). 
Dietary fibre 
Tannic acid: tannin 
Antioxidant flavonoids 
Amino acids 
Enzymes 

Serving suggestion: 
As a drinking vinegar for the well-known apple cider vinegar cure, infused with a teaspoon of honey and some water - either in the morning to boost the metabolism or in the evening to detoxify and purify.
