STONE PINE ZIRBE - Purest grape juice concentrate from organic cultivation and mild white wine vinegar extract the typical resinous, fresh aromas from the Swiss stone pine and shape the Balsam Tyrolensis Zirbe into a particularly noble seasoning with typical - stone pine notes, beautiful structure and perfect body.

Recommended for refining: 
Root vegetables, game dishes, mushroom dishes, meat sauces, strong marinades.
