Description: 
The body, elegance and aroma of this high-quality wine vinegar reflect the characteristics of its namesake grape variety. Appropriate maturation in small French oak barrels adds finesse, structure and complexity to this speciality.

Recommended to accompany: 
Steaks, blue cheese, lamb chops, barbecue sauces, mozzarella.
