A white wine vinegar made from Pinot Grigio grapes with wide-ranging surprise potential -Lightly fruity aromas of pear and apple, paired with subtle lime blossom nuances. Fresh, delicate, fine. A new dimension of noble acidity.

Recommended for refining: 
Hollandaise sauce, for marinating fish, white meat and poultry, cooked vegetables, salad variations.
