A white wine vinegar from Gewürztraminer grapes. Its delicate fragrance of roses, cloves, lychee and tropical fruits embedded in noble acidity testifies to the careful refinement of the well-known wine. Pur, balanced, delicate, pleasantly fresh-fruity accents.

Serving suggestion: 
Recommended to refine light sauces, hollandaise sauce, cooked vegetables, salad variations with pieces of fruit.
