The Kaminwurz with an extra portion of garlic, for those who like it particularly tasty. 

The "Kaminwurzen" are raw beef and pork sausages. They are spiced and smoked according to the ancient tradition. 

The term "Kaminwurze" has its origins in the traditional smoking process. Once, in the chimneys of many attics of the houses there was a smoking chamber, in which their inhabitants let the previously smoked meat mature. They are especially tasty and flavorful and ideal for an occasional snack.

Ingredients:

per 100g of finished product: 117g pork, 50g beef, salt, dextrose, spices, sucrose, flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate

antioxidants: ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate preservative: sodium nitrite.

3 pieces smoked sausages with garlic approx. 200g. vacuumed. 

Producer: 
When Sebastian Trockner took over the Trockner butcher's shop in the small town of Kollmann from his father in 1930, all work was still done by hand - so real handcraft. His meat and sausage products were widely known. Above all, Sebastian Trockner's bacon was extremely popular. And that hasn't changed to this day, as the brothers Hannes and Thomas - Sebastian's grandchildren - are the fourth generation to produce the traditional dry bacon.
