Description:
The "Kaminwurzen" are raw beef and pork sausages. They are spiced and smoked according to the ancient tradition. The term "Kaminwurze" has its origins in the traditional smoking process. Once, in the chimneys of many attics of the houses there was a smoking chamber, in which their inhabitants let the previously smoked meat mature. They are especially tasty and flavorful and ideal for an occasional snack.
Ingredients:
per 100g of finished product: 117g pork, 50g beef, salt, dextrose, spices, sucrose, flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate
antioxidants: ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate preservative: sodium nitrite.
