Metzetspeck ca. 1 kg Butcher Trockner

This speck is made from first choice pieces of pork loin. The very lean meat is delicately smoked and dried / matured in the mountain air. 

The bacon is a 100% handcrafted natural product, so the fat and meat content are always different. 

Basically, the more white (= fat), the milder the taste of the bacon. 

Note: The ratio to the meat-fat content cannot be estimated in advance for closed - i.e. not cut - sides of bacon. 

Ingredients:

Pork loin, salt, spices, dextrose, maltodextrin, preservatives: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate antioxidant: sodium ascorbate.
