Description: 
Fine, traditional, straight red wine vinegar from wine of the region, obtained by natural fermentation. A vinegar for everyday use to refine salads and cooked vegetables. 
Acidity scale according to Slow Food: 5 

Recommended for refining: 
Recommended for the refinement of Steaks, blue cheese, lamb chops, grill sauces, mozzarella.
