Description:
Lean pork, a product similar to Bresaola and can also be used immediately.
Pork meat (cut equivalent to beef bresaola) from EU countries, spiced and lightly smoked in a natural way, due to its compact shape the product is ideal for slicing. Unique in taste, fragrance and lightness.
Ingredients:
Pork 96%, sea salt, aromatic herbs, spices, sugar, dextrose. Preservative: E250 (sodium nitrite). Antioxidant: E301 (sodium ascorbate). Smoking through special non-resinous wood. Gluten and lactose free.

Pork bresaola of approx. 600 - 700g.
