Demeter organic biscuits from South Tyrolean manufactory Feichterhof, with stone-ground flour from South Tyrol. The box contains 60 portions with 2 biscuits of 10gr each in 3 varieties (20 per variety): Biscuits with chocolate chips, Biscuits with hazelnuts, Cocoa biscuits with chocolate chips. Exceptionally good taste. For breakfast, for the hotel room, as an accompaniment to coffee.

WHEAT flour, sugar, BUTTER, hazelnuts 8%, EGGS, cocoa butter, raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate, salt, vanilla sugar; from organic farming; from organic, dynamic farming. 

Biscuits with chocolate pieces: 
WHEAT FLOUR, sugar, BUTTER, chocolate drops 8%, (cocoa mass, cane sugar, emulsifier: soya lecithin), EGGS, cocoa butter, raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate, salt, vanilla sugar; from organic farming/ from organic, dynamic farming

Feichter Bernhard 
Bernhard Feichter lives with his family on the Feichterhof farm in the centre of the village of Toblach at 1,250 metres above sea level. Bernhard is a master baker, but for health reasons he had to give up his trade. Today he is a farmer and on the farm he grows spelt, rye or wheat, South Tyrolean fenugreek, potatoes and vegetables, mostly from his own seeds. For some years now, the Feichter family has converted their farm to the principles and philosophy of Rudolf Steiner's biodynamic agriculture. The grains are ground in the farm's stone mill and used to make organic bread.
