Description:
Artisan product, typical of the gastronomic culture of the Alps. Made with fresh pork without the addition of gluten, lactose, polyphosphates, vegetable fibers and flavor enhancers. Salty and spiced with sea salt and natural spices.
To taste:
Typical Tyrolean dish of "Törggelen": accompanied by loin, smoked loin or other sausages, simmered with a side of boiled / roasted potatoes and typical sauerkraut. Cooked slowly in boiling water with a side of mashed potatoes spiced with chives or parsley. Also excellent cut in half (butterfly type) and cooked on the grill.

93% pork, salt, spices. Preservative: sodium nitrite.
