The pancetta is characterized by a spicy taste. The high fat content makes it particularly tender and tasty. 

The bacon is a 100% handcrafted natural product, so the fat and meat content are always different. 

Basically, the more white (= fat), the milder the taste of the bacon. 


Note: The ratio to the meat-fat content cannot be estimated in advance for closed - i.e. not cut - sides of bacon. 


Ingredients:

Pork bacon, salt, spices, dextrose, maltodextrin, preservatives: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate antioxidant: sodium ascorbate.
