"Weisswurst" - Munich white sausages - are made from lean pork, pork fat and cooked pork rind and, depending on the recipe, are seasoned with parsley, lemon peel, mace and onions, also ginger and cardamom. They are made from natural sheep intestine and their small size also makes them ideal for the breakfast buffet.
