Original sausages according to the Nuremberg recipe with a very lean mixture of pork ham spiced with marjoram. The shape is in the original and thin short caliber of 30 grams each. Made with lots of top quality fresh meat (97% pork) without flavor enhancers, polyphosphates, fiber, caseinates and powdered milk. Taste: fresh and tasty. 

To taste: 

Bratwürstel "Nürnberger" is excellent for grilling accompanied by mixed side dishes. Served for breakfast or brunch with vegetables or side dishes to taste. In Nuremberg / Germany it is often eaten together with cooked sauerkraut.

97% pork, water, salt, dextrose, sucrose, spice extracts, spices. Preservative: sodium nitrite.
