Description: 
The right amount of garlic and other spicy ingredients give character to this South Tyrolean speciality. Grated garlic and finely ground spices are added to the beef and pork base, resulting in a light, subtle hint of garlic. The house sausage is smoked vigorously. 

Ingredients: 
Beef 60%, Italian pork 30%, back fat, salt, spices, garlic, wine, dextrose, maltodextrin, antioxidants: ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite. 

Average nutritional values 100 g: 
Energy 982 kj 238 kcal, fat 18.5 g, of which saturated fat 7.81 g, carbohydrates 0.9 g, of which sugar 0.7 g, protein 17.22 g, salt 2 g. 

Indulgence: 
Garlic sausage is a gourmand's delight. 

Before consumption, remove the garlic sausage from the vacuum-packed bag and let it breathe for an hour at room temperature so that its aroma can develop. Store the garlic sausage in a cool, dry place.
