Taste: sweet, aromatic, buttery and characteristic of truffle (wild truffle). 

Consistency: tender, soft, pleasant in the mouth. 

Milk: 100% organic cow's milk from South Tyrol. 

Ingredients: 

Organic whole milk, 0.7% * truffles, lactic ferments, rennet, salt (* from wild harvest). 


Product: 

1 form of about 400 - 450g of truffle cheese.
