Fat cutting cheese with organic milk with truffles. Lactose-free! 

Taste: sweet, aromatic, buttery and characteristic of truffle (wild truffle). 

Consistency: tender, soft, pleasant in the mouth. 

Milk: 100% organic cow's milk from South Tyrol. 

Ingredients: 

Organic whole milk, 0.7% * truffles, lactic ferments, rennet, salt (* from wild harvest). 


Product: 

1 form of about 400 - 450g of truffle cheese.

Free of undeclared allergens.

The Social Dairy of Lagundo was founded in 1899. The mountain farms that supply it every day with their high quality milk are located between 800 and 1,500 meters above sea level. The members of the Dairy have signed a commitment to make every effort to always provide genuine and high quality raw materials, respecting the environment and the animals that give us their good milk for our natural products.
