The fresh pork sausage consists only of fresh pork from the shoulder, salt, pepper and garlic. The pork sausage is left to simmer slowly in hot water or in cabbage, but it is also suitable for grilling. Each package contains 10 pieces. These are packed in a protected atmosphere (ATM).
